TAPIOCA PUDDING 
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. tapioca
2 egg whites, beaten
Vanilla

In a large kettle, cook all ingredients (except egg whites) on low to medium heat. Stir now and then; when thick, fold in egg whites. Cool. Serve with a spoon of Cool Whip.
