TAPIOCA PUDDING 
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Place above mixture in pan. Let stand 5 minutes, slowly boil. Remove from stove. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon vanilla. Stir once after about 20 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
