SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
5 lbs. potatoes, cooked, mashed
Frozen vegetable, your choice
1 packet herb gravy mix
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Cheese Nip crackers, crushed (optional)

Crumble beef in large frying pan. Brown; drain fat. Add frozen vegetable (as many as you like), seasonings, gravy mix and 1/2-1 cup water to make thick gravy.

Put meat mixture in 9x13 pan. Top with potatoes. Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown. Serve with additional gravy.
