SHEPHERDS PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 to 2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef in skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Drain meat and onion and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Drain corn and layer onto meat. Top with mashed potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until potatoes are light brown.
