ASPARAGUS BAKE 
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1-1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. grated onion
1 can or 2 c. asparagus, cooked and cut
6 hard cooked eggs
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs

Make a white sauce of all ingredients except asparagus and eggs. Alternate in casserole layers of asparagus, eggs, and white sauce. Top with sauce; sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 400°F until brown.
