QUICK AND PLENTY FRUIT CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (13 oz.) can fruit pie filling
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) bag coconut
1/2 c. butter, melted
Optional Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. No need to grease pan. In 9 x 13 inch Pyrex baking dish pour pie filling, pineapple and coconut evenly. These will mix themselves during baking.

Shake cake mix over top evenly and drizzle butter over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool and if you like, ice with Cool Whip. Quick, simple and good. Serves 15.
