COCONUT CREAM EGGS 
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 (1 lb.) 10X confectioners' sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) bags coconut

Mix butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar, vanilla and coconut. Roll into small balls. Let air dry 2 to 3 hours. Coat with chocolate.
