CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. flavoring (peppermint, almond or vanilla)
A few drops of food coloring

Beat cream cheese until softened. Add coloring and flavoring. Gradually add powdered sugar. Knead until pie dough consistency. Roll into marble size balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Place in mold and unmold onto waxed paper. Keep dough covered while working with it. They store nice in freezer.
