SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter (softened)
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix flour and baking soda together and set aside. Combine butter, eggs, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. Add flour mixture, a little at a time. When batter is mixed, add chocolate chips. Batter will be stiff. Drop by teaspoon full about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
