SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP 
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1/2 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Combine beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread in a quiche dish. Spread sour cream on top of beans. Sprinkle both cheeses on top of sour cream to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with corn or tortilla chips. Serves 6-8.
