2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. water
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Put ingredients in shaker and shake until mixed. Good over sliced cucumbers or tomato wedges. Can mix cucumber and tomatoes together.
