SOUR DOUGH STARTER 
3 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. hot water

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup hot water. Then feed with: 2/3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. instant potato flakes

Let stand all day, loosely covered. Then refrigerate 2 to 5 days. Take out and feed again.
