2 c. biscuit mix 1 lb. sausage meat 1 c. breadcrumbs 2/3 c. milk 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste Mix biscuit mix and milk together. Roll out on table. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Roll meat in dough, to make a long thin roll. Cut into small rolls 2 inches long. Prick with fork. Bake at 450 degrees until brown. Makes 30 small rolls. |
