TOLL HOUSE BUNDT CAKE 
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
Whole milk
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini-chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Place vinegar in 1 cup measure and fill with milk to 1 cup line; set aside. Combine butter, brown sugar, and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 50 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in center. When toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done. Cake is a dark, golden brown when baked. Immediately turn onto cooling rack.
