SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
Noodles or rice

Mix together and shape into balls. Brown in skillet, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from skillet.

GRAVY: Use 1/4 cup drippings with 2 tablespoons flour. Add 2 cups milk all at once. Cook and stir until thick. Add meatballs and serve over rice or noodles.
