SQUASH ROLLS 
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup mashed, cooked butternut squash
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 450°F. Mix baking mix and squash. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough into 12 inch circle. Spread with butter. Cut into 12 wedges. Roll up, beginning at round edge. Place rolls with points underneath about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake until golden brown. About 8 to 10 minutes.

Makes 12 rolls.
