SIMMERING POTPOURRI 
1 oz. can cinnamon sticks
1.12 oz. can whole cloves
1.25 oz. can whole allspice

Break cinnamon into small pieces and mix with cloves and allspice. Store in airtight container. To simmer: Place 1 heaping tablespoon of potpourri and 1/2 cup water in simmer pot. Heat according to manufacturers instructions. Smells delicious!
