UNCOOKED FUDGE | |
7 oz. semi sweet chocolate 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 c. powdered sugar sifted after measuring 1/2 c. nuts, sliced dates, marshmallows or raisins Melt chocolate with milk in top of double boiler. Add the powdered sugar, stirring until cold and smoothly blended. Add nuts, fruit or marshmallows. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper. Allow to harden 4 to 6 hours. The mixture may be poured into a pan and cut into squares when set if desired. |
