MICHAEL'S CHICKEN 
Oil or butter
Chicken, 5 to 6 oz. per person
Broccoli, 4 oz. per person
Ziti, 2 oz. per person
1 lemon
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Pepper (white preferable)
Dry white wine
Parsley

Cut up chicken (boneless breast) to bite-size pieces. Cut up broccoli also (if fresh, cook first). Cook ziti almost to finish.

Heat oil and butter in large skillet. Add chicken and season with garlic and pepper. Add broccoli and ziti. Add cheese. Cut up lemon into wedges, squeeze juice onto chicken, then add wedges. Add 2/3 oz. wine. Cover and reduce heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
