1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding mix (pistachio)
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs

Combine ingredients and mix until dough forms a ball. Shape into balls and roll each one in sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Other suggestions: Place walnut or kiss on each cookie. Try: 1 lg. pkg. lemon or 1 pkg. coconut and 1 pkg. vanilla
