STEAK & RICE 
4 minute steaks
2 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
2 soup cans of water
Salt, seasonings, flour, oil

Brown seasoned, floured minute steaks in hot oil. Set aside. Mix rice, soups and water in a 3-quart casserole dish. Place steaks in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
