1 pkg. cake mix
1 egg
Dash of salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chocolate chips

Prepare cake mix as directed and fill baking cups in muffin tins 2/3 full. Cream together the cream cheese, salt and egg. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop a teaspoonful in each cupcake. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with your favorite frosting.
