1 c. butter, softened 1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted 2 egg yolks 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon extract 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour Candied fruits for topping Cream 1 cup softened butter. Gradually add 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in 2 egg yolks, salt, lemon extract and peel. Add flour and beat until well blended. Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Decorate with candied fruits. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. They should not brown. |
