JAM CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. jam
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Mix oil, sugar and eggs until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
