POTATO CHIP COOKIE 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. crushed Pringle chips
1 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Beat butter, add sugar and vanilla. When well mixed add chips, then add flour gradually. Roll into teaspoon size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar when cool.
