FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
8 oz. fettuccine
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. light cream

Cook fettuccine. Meanwhile melt butter in a pan. Stir in cream. Drain cook fettuccine. Add fettuccine, Parmesan cheese and pepper to the butter and cream. Toss and stir until sauce covers the fettuccine. Serve. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 8 as a side dish.
