COTTAGE NOODLE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
3 egg yolks
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caraway seed
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Beat in cottage cheese, then sour cream and butter. Stir in salt and caraway seed. Fold into noodles. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry. Fold into noodle mixture. Pour into shallow 2 quart baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
