SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
8 oz. med. noodles
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream with 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown meat in butter, add salt, pepper, garlic salt, tomato sauce and onions. Cook (simmer) 5 minutes. Cook noodles as usual. Combine sour cream, flour and noodles. Alternate layers of noodles and meat in 2 1/2 quart casserole, beginning with noodles and ending with meat. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
