SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
8 oz. pkg. med. egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles. Rinse and drain. Melt butter, skillet, add meat and cook until no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt and pepper; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Fold together noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and onions; spoon half mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 9 x inch pan. Cover with half meat mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
