WALDORF CROWN SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
5 c. ring mold

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water; stir. Refrigerate until slightly firm. Stir in the following:

1 c. cubed apples (peel first)
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Pour into 5-cup ring mold.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add marshmallows and stir. Put topping in center of ring mold.
