SQUASH PIE 
3 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
unbaked pie shell
Cool Whip, if desired

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 300°F for 40 minutes. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
