CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. zucchini, grated and drained
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and oil, blend in sugars; add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir in zucchini. Add dry ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
