PRETZEL JELLO SALAD | |
2 c. broken thin pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 3 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 2 c. boiling water 2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoon sugar in 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar; fold in Cool Whip. Spread cheese mixture over cooked pretzels. Mix boiling water, Jello and strawberries. Place in refrigerator until partially set. Spread on top of cheese mixture and chill. |
