SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
2 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. bacon (low salt)
1 c. heavy cream
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. frozen spinach, chopped
Pepper
Olive oil
1 pkg. spaghetti

Cut bacon in small pieces. Cook bacon until it is crisp, don't over cook. Chop onion. Rinse and dry spinach. Heat small pan, add onion and cook until tender, not brown. Add spinach and cook until hot; set aside. Beat eggs; add cheese and pepper to taste; set aside. Cook noodles; drain but don't rinse. Pour into large bowl, add egg and cheese mixture and mix quickly. The hot noodles will cook the eggs. Add cream and remaining ingredients and eat.
