TOMATO RELISH 
1 peck ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
3 c. sugar
3 red sweet peppers, chopped
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 pt. vinegar
1 c. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ground mace
2 tsp. white pepper

Chop all vegetables in medium sized cubes. Drain juice from tomatoes. Put juice in container. Add balance of ingredients to juice and mix well. Add chopped vegetables and store in jars in refrigerator. This relish is uncooked.
