STUFFED CRABS (MOM'S) 
2 lb. of crabmeat
1/2 stick of butter

Put butter in pot and melt. On medium fire put crabmeat in pot and mix until warm.

Mix in a bowl 1 1/2 cups of regular bread crumbs, put 1/3 cup of water and mix with hands.

Add 1/2 of bread crumb mixture to crabmeat and mix. Add other half and mix well. Add a little bit of butter if sticky. Mix 3 eggs (beat well) in a bowl. Take crabmeat off fire, add eggs and mix real fast. Add parsley, half a handful (smash).

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Add salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon. Last add soft yellow from boiled crabs and juice.
