6 to 8 slices cut from frozen pound cake
2 bananas
1/4 c. honey

Set oven control at broil and-or 550 degrees. Place cake slices on ungreased baking sheet. Cut bananas into 1/2 inch diagonal slices. Arrange slices on cake, completely covering top of each cake slice. Drizzle honey over banana slices. Broil 3 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until honey is bubbly. If desired, serve with whipped cream topping, light cream or ice cream. 6 to 8 servings.
