SOUR CREAM WICKELS (TWIST) 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Crisco and 1/2 c. butter
1 egg
3 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix all but sugar. Sprinkle sugar onto a board. Roll out dough; turn dough over. If sticky, sprinkle on a little more sugar. Fold in thirds. Repeat same way 2 more times. Make sure you use all of the sugar.

Roll out dough to only 5 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick. Cut in 1/2 inch strips, then fold each strip and twist. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
