POT PIE 
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix, cooked
1 c. corn
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken, ham or turkey
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits

In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, combine soups, milk, thyme and pepper; stir in vegetables and meat.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

While that's cooking, cut each biscuit into quarters. Remove dish from oven. Top with biscuits.

Bake an additional 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden.

Serves 5.
