SHISHKABOBS 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt

(For 2 1/2 to 3 pounds round steak.) Cut in kabobs. Soak in overnight. Skewer kabobs with onion pieces, bell pepper chunks, mushrooms, etc. basting with leftover marinade.
