SMOKED FISH SPREAD | |
1 lb. smoked fish, flaked 1 tsp. minced onion 2 tsp. chopped celery 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp. sweet pickles, finely chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. prepared mustard Dash of Worcestershire sauce Combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon prepared mustard. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and stir all ingredients into mayonnaise mixture. Serve on toast or crackers. (A little horseradish may be added). |
