HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Saute onion in butter. Brown meat and drain grease. Add onions to meat mixture. Mix soup, salt, pepper, flour and mushrooms. Combine with meat mixture and cook on medium high for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes.
