SELF CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
7 oz. coconut

Mix all together well; pour into greased and floured pie pans. Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes.
