GRILLED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1 sm. onion
1 lg. pepper
1 stick butter
Salt, pepper, oregano
Parmesan cheese

Microwave potatoes until soft. Cut into large pieces. Cut up onion and pepper. Take foil - spray with Pam (prevents sticking). Spread potatoes, onions and pepper. Cut up stick of butter and spread on top of potatoes etc. Shake on cheese, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Wrap all tightly in foil (double wrapping with foil prevents splitting). Cook on grill approximately 20 minutes per side. If desired any fresh vegetable can also be added for flavor.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
