1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Pet 99 (evaporated milk)
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
8 tsp. butter

Mix above ingredients in bowl with mixer until well blended.

In blender or food processor put 1 can of pinto beans (16 ounces) and one medium onion. Add to the flour mixture above.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Spray 9"x13" pan and pour in the above mixture. Top with 1 pound ground turkey cooked with 1 package of taco seasoning (as package directs with water). Top with 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese and 1 (8 oz.) jar of mild to medium taco sauce. Bake 30 minutes. 8 servings.
