BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. broccoli, chopped fine
1 med. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. currants
1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1 c. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar

Combine first 4 ingredients. Pour dressing over first 4 ingredients. Mix and chill. Keeps well for a week in refrigerator.
