CHEDDAR NACHOS 
4 sm. pita bread rounds
2 or 3 c. grated cheddar (may be mixed with Monterey if desired)
3 tbsp. diced green chilies

Separate halves of pita rounds. Cut each half into 6 to 8 wedges. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle with cheese and chilies. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serve with salsa or soups. Serves 4 to 6.
