CRUNCHY GRANOLA 
7 c. rolled oats
1 c. rolled wheat
1 c. wheat germ
1 1/4 c. ground sesame seeds
1/2 c. instant dry milk
2 tbsp. brewers yeast
1/2 to 2 c. coconut shreds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 to 1 c. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla

OPTIONAL:

1 c. peanuts, whole or ground
1 c. walnuts, whole or ground
1 c. sunflowers', whole or ground

In a large baking pan or Dutch oven, add oats and wheat - place in oven - 400 degrees - shake every few minutes. Then add wheat germ, sesame seeds, dry milk, brewers yeast and coconut shreds. Bake 5 minutes - stir in oil, honey, vanilla and optional items. Bake 5 more minutes. Store in a loosely covered jar or casserole dish.
