FRANKFURTER-AVOCADO DIP 
1 med. avocado
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
3 skinless frankfurters, ground or very finely minced
1/4 c. milk or sour cream

Peel and mash avocado. Stir in lemon juice. Combine all other ingredients and blend thoroughly with avocado. Add more milk or sour cream, if needed for proper dipping consistency. Makes about 2 cups. Cream cheese gives it a velvety consistency.
