1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix
1 tbsp. minced onion

Drain spinach well. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve with corn chips.
